Account Registration & Simulation Data Storage

Data Collected

Email address (required for account management and simulation storage); Country of origin and Profession (optional, collected for service improvement).

Purpose & Legal Basis

• Email address: Processed under Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) to deliver access to the platform and maintain your saved simulations.
• Optional profile data (Country & Profession): Processed under Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for non-identifiable aggregate usage analysis.

Retention Period

Your simulations and associated personal account details are stored for a maximum of 90 days from creation/last activity. Upon expiration of this 90-day period, all personal identifiers and simulation files are permanently erased from our servers.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request immediate erasure of your data prior to the 90-day retention limit, as well as the right to object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us.
